Creation Appreciation began its journey in 2002 as a modest, part-time venture founded by Jeremy Parker in the scenic town of Afton, Virginia. With a passion for transforming landscapes and a strong work ethic, Jeremy laid the foundation for what would soon become a trusted name in the landscaping industry.

What started as a solo endeavor quickly evolved. By 2005, the company experienced its first significant growth milestone by acquiring Sunshine LawnCare, a strategic move that allowed them to expand into lawn maintenance services. This acquisition marked a turning point for the business, prompting the hiring of their first four employees — a tight-knit team that remarkably remains part of the Creation Appreciation family to this day.

In 2009, the company took another major step forward by formalizing its operations and becoming a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Around the same time, they launched a new hardscapes division, adding patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and other structural elements to their growing list of services.

Fast-forward to the present, and Creation Appreciation has grown into a dynamic team of over fifty dedicated professionals. While their roots remain in residential landscaping, particularly in the Stoney Creek and Wintergreen areas, their reach now extends to commercial clients in Waynesboro and Charlottesville, as well as serving various property associations throughout the region.
